Mollee, Owner and Lead Event Coordinator at Peace of Mind Event Design and Wait Staff, was put on this earth to plan events. When she was little, while everyone else played "house," she preferred to plan make believe weddings. Mollee grew up with a love for events, always thinking of the next theme for her upcoming Birthday party or shadowing her Aunt at weddings that took place at their local church or various venues around town. She then continued on into the food and beverage industry until eventually working at a local rental company as a Special Event Consultant. After all of her experience with events, she decided it was time to create her own company and thanks to the kind words of a happy client, “Peace of Mind” events was created in 2013. Since then, POM Events has gone on to plan an average of 40-50 events a year, ranging from weddings and corporate events, to baby showers and celebrations of life and everything in between.

As the wedding and event industry is constantly evolving, Mollee realizes the importance of continued education in her field. She regularly attends wedding workshops, vendor networking meetings and specialty conferences in order to expand her knowledge and keep up with the latest and greatest trends in her profession. She has also been certifiably trained by the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC). 

When Mollee is not planning, visualizing, creating or dreaming up events, she is spending any free time she does have with the love of her life, whom she married in December of 2018, their two rescue pups, Marlee and Rufus and their beautiful son, Wylder Ryne Richey, who made their family complete in February of 2021 <3.
